Vistana visitor impressed by location

Las Vegas native Mary Williams has lived most of her life in the northwestern part of the valley, but recently decided to check out homes in the southwest area: specifically, the Vistana condominium development at Rhodes Ranch.

"I loved the tropical-style feel available at Vistana at Rhodes Ranch," she said, noting that the location also impressed her. "I work in the convention industry, and getting to work using the Las Vegas Beltway would be easy."

There are nine floor plans available, each with appliances and window coverings.

Three plans offer one bedroom and one bath, and range from 670 to 796 square feet. Five plans feature two bedrooms and two baths and range from 847 to 1,200 square feet. The largest residence, the three-bedroom, two-bath Venice plan, measures 1,413 square feet.

Prices range from the $70,000s to more than $100,000.

Shared amenities include three planned swimming pools, a spa and fitness center.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, exit south and proceed to Warm Springs Road. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
