San Michelle down to final seven homes

Seven of San Michelle's 121 homes remain as the Christopher Homes' neighborhood enters its final phase in the northwestern valley, according to sales agent Michelle Gallagher.

Located within the guard-gated Queensridge community, the neighborhood features one- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 3,474 to more than 5,200 square feet and priced from the high $500,000s. The home sites measure from about one-quarter acre to one-half acre.

Gallagher said buyers may select from six homes under construction, with one available for immediate occupancy. One home site also remains, where the buyer may select from among four floor plans. Available homes overlook the Badlands Golf Club.

"The home we have ready for immediate occupancy is a beautiful Residence Two design. This home features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and 3,912 square feet. It has lush, mature landscaping in both the front and rear yards and offers spectacular views of the golf course and two of the golf course lakes," Gallagher said.

Gallagher said the home's price of $721,101 reflects a savings valued at $25,000.

Buyers may select upgrades and options at the builder's design center. Among the options available on the home site where construction has not started are elevators, courtyard fireplaces, wine cellars, casitas, secondary owner suites and extra bedrooms and baths.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Rampart Boulevard and go south to Alta Drive, then west to the entrance. The sales center is open Thursday through Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
