TSG Red Hills sales agent touts Summerlin location



The appeal of the resort-style Red Hills condominium complex can be attributed to its Summerlin location, guard-gated privacy, floor plans and maintenance-free lifestyle, according to Dale Baylen, director of sales.

"Red Hills is attracting a very wide range of buyers because it offers so much for such a competitive price," Baylen said. "Home buyers familiar with the Las Vegas market know that living in a master-planned community like Summerlin offers many benefits. ..."

Baylen said buyers appreciate the included features, such as a built-in microwave oven, refrigerator, full-size washer and dryer, and window coverings in each home.

Prices start from the $120,000s. Buyers can take advantage of savings on homes under construction and homes that are ready for occupancy.

The complex is being constructed by TSG Inc. in The Pueblo village.

Six floor plans are available, ranging from 1,217 to 1,591 square feet with as many as three bedrooms and two baths. Each home has an attached garage with direct-home access.

The homes include 9-foot ceilings, fireplaces, granite kitchen counter tops, cultured-marble tub surrounds and vanities, and ceramic-tile flooring in select areas.

Common areas within the complex include paver stone streets, landscaping, a swimming pool, spa, shade structures, sunbathing deck, clubhouse and fitness center.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Rampart Drive and go north to Vegas Drive. Turn right on Vegas Drive and make a left into the entry.

The sales center and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
