"Bring a blanket or lawn chairs and a cooler and make an evening of it," said Caren Carrero, activities director at Ardiente. "We will provide free bottled water. This is the first of many events being planned for residents of and visitors to Ardiente. We are starting a full schedule of activities that include day and overnight trips to some of the great sightseeing spots in Nevada, Utah, California and Arizona. Las Vegas is at the confluence of so many interesting places and we will make them available to our member/residents."
Parking will be available throughout the neighborhood, and Carrero urges attendees to arrive early and tour the model homes.
"This neighborhood offers eight beautiful floor plans that appeal to a broad spectrum of age-qualified buyers," she said. "We have a walking trail that includes exercise stations and parks, especially the Rose Garden, that are designed to enhance our residents' enjoyment of Ardiente."
The residences measure from 1,235 to 2,353 square feet with two or three bedrooms and two baths. Select homes come with dens, rear patios, breakfast nooks, offices, formal dining rooms, dual master suites, galleries, front-loading kitchens or music rooms. A studio or guest suite is optional with one plan.
Prices start from $288,500.
To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Pecos Road, go south to Tropical Parkway, turn east and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
