Options are available on homes ready for immediate move-in this month at Pardee Homes' Acacia at Nevada Trails in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales.
For a limited time, and on select floor plans, the builder offers a move-in package that includes a side-by-side refrigerator, washer and dryer, and a miniblind package. Additionally, the following floor plans are offered with $10,000 toward flooring or options:

Plan 4C, a 3,314-square-foot, two-story home, has a stone veneer and offers four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a loft and two-car garage. Priced at $592,650, the home is on site 47, a pool-size, cul-de-sac lot.
Plan 1BR at home site 40 is a single-story home measuring 1,990 square feet with a great room, three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage plus swing garage. It is priced at $479,950.
Plan 2A at home site 138, a pool-size lot, is a single-story home measuring 2,459 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a den. It is priced at $503,550.
"Acacia offers home buyers great family friendly floor plans, including homes with optional casita and distinctive courtyard entries," Landry said. "And, Acacia's location within Pardee's Nevada Trails master-planned community has made it a favorite among current residents looking to move-up while remaining in Nevada Trails."
The neighborhood offers four one- and two-story floor plans with as many as five bedrooms and four baths in 1,990 to 3,314 square feet. Prices range from $458,450 to $567,700.
Select models offer options for a workshop, den, master bedroom closet, additional bedroom, exercise room, and casita.

Other Pardee neighborhoods at Nevada Trails include Palo Verde and Mesquite, where homes feature the builder's LivingSmart options for energy efficiency. All newly built Pardee Homes in Southern Nevada are Energy Star rated.
Nevada Trails comprises a 10-acre park with basketball and tennis courts, tot lot, playing fields, exercise track, picnic pavilion, and an extensive trail system.
To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right.
The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at 11 a.m.
