More than 160 residential units have been reserved at juhl since the mid-rise development's information studio opened in downtown Las Vegas, according to sales manager John Eisele. He said that translates to roughly eight transactions per week.
"It's no surprise that sales have taken off," Eisele said. "So much is happening downtown from the opening of myriad new restaurants to the rapidly changing skyline. These are all indicators it's the downtown growth that makes people gravitate to juhl. When buyers discover juhl, they realize we have the whole package under one roof: a great urban lifestyle with a choice of live/work lofts, mid-rise and high-rise lofts, penthouses and more, all anchored by 24,000 square feet of retail space."

The development, located at the corner of Bonneville Avenue and Fourth Street, will comprise six buildings of varying heights and facades. More than 100 floor plans are available, ranging from 616 to 2,500 square feet in one- and two-story designs. Prices start from the high $200,000s.
Features include 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, energy-efficient air conditioning and heating, high-speed Internet access, Grohe plumbing fixtures, and patios or balconies. The kitchens provide granite counters, island workstations, maple cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
Architectural elements of the buildings include a glass-enclosed lobby and exposed mechanical and concrete surfaces.
Plans for the common areas include a two-story fitness center, as well as a landscaped rooftop courtyard with a 75-foot pool, spa and viewing deck. Residents will also enjoy gated underground parking and 24-hour security.
To visit the information studio, take Interstate 15 to Charleston Boulevard, head east to Grand Central Parkway, go north to Bonneville then east to 255 E. Bonneville Ave. The office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at noon.
