Assemblywoman compliments Pardee

Nevada Assemblywoman Vonne Chowning was one of several Nevada leaders who took part in a video congratulating Pardee Homes on its 50th anniversary in Southern Nevada.

"I grew up in a Pardee College Park home in North Las Vegas built in the 1950s. These homes were built so well that to this day they are still wonderfully strong family homes in a very nice family neighborhood," Chowning said. "Pardee Homes has provided for us with 50 wonderful years of family life here in Southern Nevada. I'd like to say congratulations Pardee, and thank you, thank you, thank you."

Since 1952, Pardee has built homes for more than 25,000 families in Southern Nevada and has 16 neighborhoods under development throughout the valley.

The company is developing Eldorado in North Las Vegas, Rancho Las Palmas in the southeastern valley, and Nevada Trails and Shadow Mountain Ranch in the southwestern valley. It is also building the gated Renaissance neighborhood in Seven Hills.
