Capri, Somerset designs modeled

KB Home representatives invite home buyers to tour newly decorated models at its Capri and Somerset neighborhoods in The Vistas village in Summerlin.

Capri features five floor plans. The single- and two-story homes offer three to six bedrooms and two to three baths, and range from 1,713 to 2,531 square feet. They offer optional courtyard entries, master retreats and over-garage bonus rooms per plan. Prices start in the low $200,000.

"Our Capri floor plans offer very spacious layouts. Our Carena and Piazetta floor plans feature separate living and dining rooms, while our Azzurra and Villa Jovi floor plans offer optional bonus rooms over the garage," sales executive Renee Gervais said.

Four single- and two-story designs are offered at Somerset. Measuring from 1,231 to 1,858 square feet, they offer two to four bedrooms, two to three baths, and appliances. Options for downstairs master bedrooms, super family rooms over garages, and bonus rooms are available per plan. Prices start in the high $160,000s.

"Somerset offers all the benefits of living in The Vistas for the best price," Gervais said. "Currently, Somerset is the least expensive community in The Vistas. The Addison floor plan is the community's best seller. With 1,725 square feet, sales agents say it's a great fit for many families."

Home shoppers Kerry and Jesse Williams said they are highly impressed with the designs.

"We love the atmosphere of Summerlin. We've looked at several communities in the area and we've found that KB Home offers more house for our money," Kerry Williams said. "We think Summerlin is the best place to reinvest our equity. We want a larger home, and we really like KB Home's floor plans and exteriors."

To visit both neighborhoods, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, head west to Carriage Hills Drive and turn left. Bear right on the roundabout to Park Vista Drive, turn right on Alta Drive and then left on Vista Run Drive. Somerset is located on the left, and Capri is located further up on Park Vista on the right. The sales offices are open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Friday, when they open at 11 a.m.

The builder offers one-stop shopping at its Home Studio at 7440 S. Industrial Road, Suite 201. Its Homebuyers Club offers potential buyers free reviews of their financial situations and credit reports, and a home finding center informs buyers of its more than 20 neighborhoods located throughout the valley.
