Seven Hills enters final sales phase

As the weather warms up, more residents of Seven Hills can be seen enjoying the outdoors within their own community. Soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis, biking and walking are among the activities available.

A few new homes remain in the community, which is in its final phase. Silver Canyon Partnership, the developer, advises prospective home buyers to visit the sales center on Seven Hills Drive, which is about one mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection in Henderson. The office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

The 1,300-acre Seven Hills is in the foothills of Black Mountain. It will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods, including about 300 custom homes.

Custom-home sites are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. The majority of the sites are located in guard-gated neighborhoods that overlook a nearby golf course. City and mountain view lots are available as well.

Home sites are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. The largest sites measure about one acre.

Seven Hills features numerous neighborhood parks, as well as four city parks.
