Lots ready at Pardee's Renaissance

Home sites currently available at Renaissance offer views of the Las Vegas Valley from an elevated site within the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

"The semicustom homes of Renaissance are surrounded by exclusive custom homes," said Pardee Homes executive Ray Landry. "The floor plans are exceptionally open, designed to get the most out of this neighborhood's spectacular setting above the valley."

The homes have spectrally selective windows that block out heat-producing infrared light and the ultraviolet light that fades furniture. The low-e windows are one of several elements in the Energy Star program, which also includes upgraded insulation, high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment, and tightly sealed air ducts. The homes have earned the Energy Star seal for exceeding federal efficiency standards by at least 30 percent.

Single- and two-story floor plans are available in the gated neighborhood, where prices range from $295,250 to $377,250. Homes measure from 2,700 to 4,600 square feet with as many as five bedrooms.

Options, per plan, include bay windows, French doors at courtyard entry, wrought-iron balustrades on staircases, lofts, dens, game rooms, bonus rooms and wraparound balconies. The kitchens can be expanded to accommodate commercial-grade appliances.

Kitchens also offer granite counter tops, pantries and appliance packages.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Grand Hills Drive, turn right and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

Seven Hills is a 1,300-acre community with parks and miles of trails and walkways.

Pardee has built homes for more than 25,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952.
