COLUMN: Pardee names director of governmental affairs

-- Pardee Homes named Amy Glad director of governmental affairs. She works with the company's community development directors, focusing on environmental and educational issues, as well as legislative issues.

-- Natalie Allred has resumed her position as property manager for American Nevada Corp. Allred has more than 12 years of experience in property management, and is responsible for the daily operations of her assigned commercial portfolio.

-- Child Haven, a Clark County facility that provides temporary housing for abused, abandoned and neglected children, has recognized Leslie Parraguirre, founder of Colours Inc., for the design services she has provided over the past seven years.

-- Pulte Homes, which recently acquired Del Webb Corp., announced that Frank Pankratz, regional president of Del Webb's Nevada group, has been named area president for Arizona; and Steve Petruska, Pulte South- west Region president, is the area president for Nevada.
