Buyers impressed by Silverstone Ranch

Tom and Carol Champion credit the lifestyle and location of Pulte Homes' Silverstone Ranch community in the northwestern valley for their decision to purchase a new home.

"We were really drawn to Silverstone Ranch because of its wonderful location, away from the hectic city life. We love the golf-course-community lifestyle, and all of the ... plans that Silverstone Ranch offers in its collections," Carol Champion said.

The Champions chose the 3000 plan, named for its square footage, from the Princeville Collection. Features include four bedrooms, a den or optional sitting room, formal living and dining rooms, kitchen with a nook, and family room.

"We really liked the 3000 plan due to its open, well-designed layout and especially liked the formal living areas. We were very impressed with the ... standard features that Pulte offers, the quality 2X6 construction and their commitment to energy efficiency...," she said.

The Champions also commented on the builder's customer service.

"We've had quite a pleasant experience with Pulte. The customer service we received from the staff was remarkable, and they helped us along every step of the way. We are really looking forward to raising a family in this great neighborhood, in our lovely new home," Champion said.

Five collections of homes ranging from 1,520 to 3,448 square feet are offered. Prices range from the $197,000s to the $440,000s.

All homes feature the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology, which includes the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label. A three-year heating and cooling guarantee also is offered.

More than a dozen models are open and will be showcased during this weekend's grand-opening celebration, scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, head east to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
