Home builder touts selection among Southern Highlands neighborhoods
Southwest Homes' diverse floor plans and amenities are attracting buyers to the builder's Triana, San Niccolo and San Sevino neighborhoods in the Villages at Southern Highlands, a southwestern valley community. "The success of our communities re-establishes the fact that we are committed to providing quality homes that appeal to a wide range of home buyers," company President Todd Slusher said. More than 100 homes have sold at Triana since the neighborhood opened in January. Six two-story designs ranging from 1,478 to 1,909 square feet are available and are situated on cul-de-sacs. Prices start from $154,990 to $181,990. San Niccolo, which opened about three months ago, offers five single- and two-story plans. Homes in the gated neighborhood measure from 1,655 to 3,181 square feet and are priced from $208,990 to $289,990. Nearly two dozen homes have sold at San Sevino, which opened less than a month ago. Five designs ranging from 2,735 to 4,744 square feet are offered in the gated neighborhood and range in price from $354,000 to $429,000. The Villages is comprised of more than 20 neighborhoods. Homes are priced from the $140,000s to the $400,000s. Maps of the community are available at all of the neighborhoods, which are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs.
