KB's myriad designs attract buyers to Bella Terra



A variety of flexible floor plans is attracting buyers to KB Home's Bella Terra neighborhood within the Villages at Southern Highlands in the southwestern valley, according to sales director Renee Gervais.

"We are so pleased to see how quickly the buyers responded to Bella Terra," Gervais said. "The success of the community reflects the strong commitment we have to providing buyers with quality homes at affordable prices."

Sixty homes remain at the neighborhood, including three new designs.

Measuring 1,391 square feet, the single-story Torino features two bedrooms, a den and two baths. A third bedroom is optional. The home is priced from $165,990.

The Genoa measures 1,658 square feet and offers three bedrooms, a loft and 2 1/2 baths. Priced at $176,990, this floor plan offers an optional fourth bedroom.

At 1,725 square feet, the Capri is the largest of the new models. It has two bedrooms, a loft and 2 1/2 baths. It is priced at $178,490. The plan also offers optional third and fourth bedrooms, as well as an optional den and study.

Homes include front-yard landscaping and a 10-year limited warranty.

Fireplaces, dens and low-e windows are options.

Community amenities include recreation areas, and biking and jogging trails.

The Villages at Southern Highlands features more than 20 neighborhoods. Homes are priced from the $140,000s to the $400,000s.

Community maps are available at any of the models, which are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs.
