Pardee releases new phase at Fiesta
Pardee Homes is releasing a new phase of homes at Fiesta, a single-story neighborhood in North Las Vegas, according to sales executive Rob Tuvell. "Fiesta has been one of Pardee's most popular neighborhoods due to the single-story designs, strong location and good prices," Tuvell said. "Fiesta's built-in Energy Star features add even more to the value of these homes." The Energy Star label certifies that homes are at least 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes. Certain features have added benefits, such as special window glass that blocks heat and reduces fabric fading. Four plans are offered at the 130-home neighborhood. Measuring 1,383 square feet, Plan One has three bedrooms, or two bedrooms and a den, two baths and a two-car garage. It is priced from $151,950. Plan Two features three bedrooms and two baths in 1,593 square feet, plus a two- or three-car garage. The home is priced from $162,450. A nursery or retreat is optional. Plan Three has three bedrooms and two baths in 1,836 square feet, plus a two- or three-car garage. A den and extra bedroom are optional. The price starts from $181,450. Four bedrooms and three baths highlight the Plan Four. Additionally, the home has a three-car garage with optional den and powder room. It measures 2,315 square feet and is priced from $200,450. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, exit west to Allen Lane, and go north 1 1/4 miles. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
