Seven Hills' sites appeal to custom-home builders

Custom-home sites with scenic views, varied characteristics, and a range of prices are offered at Seven Hills in Henderson.

Most of the sites are situated in guard-gated neighborhoods that align a golf course and offer views of its canyon fairways, as well as of the city and mountains.

Sales executive Beth Naef said buyers are responding enthusiastically.

"We are currently offering exceptional values on prime home sites. ... The choices are vast, from home sites beginning in the $200,000s to estate-style home sites priced up to $1 million," Naef said.

The development by Silver Canyon Partnership is in its final phase. To date, more than 200 custom-home sites have been sold and are in various phases of construction.

Community amenities include landscaped open areas, a private view park, and a private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts and a playground. In addition, there are four city parks, each designed to complement the natural terrain, featuring basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads and playgrounds.

To visit the sales pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
