-- American Nevada Co. appointed Samantha Dugan to be a property manager. Previously, Dugan was a property manager with Eugene Burger Management Corp. in Las Vegas, and a property manager for The Witkoff Group in New York City before that.

-- Burke and Associates, a construction firm, named Tony Dazzio to be vice president of business development/governmental affairs. Previously, Dazzio was with Nevada Power Co. and

R & R International Hotel Group.
