Community debut: Silverstone Ranch opens in northwestSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
Pulte Homes' Silverstone Ranch makes its official debut this weekend with more than a dozen model homes and 20 floor plans, plus a chance to win prizes. The golf course community is located in the northwestern valley. "Home buyers can come out today and tomorrow and take advantage of great grand-opening prices," said Todd Hahn, senior sales manager. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days, visitors can register to win a spot in Meat Loaf's Rockin' celebrity-amateur golf tournament to be played Friday, May 30, or to win one of 50 four-packs of general admission tickets to "Meat Loaf's Two Out of Three Ain't Bad" celebrity tournament on Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June 1 at Silverstone Golf Club. The event benefits the Lili Claire Foundation/Life Skills Center at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Silverstone Golf Club is a 27-hole championship course designed by Bob Cupp. It offers three nines -- Valley, Desert and Mountain -- and presents a challenge for all skill levels. The 34,000-square-foot clubhouse offers fine dining and is available for special events. "Silverstone Ranch provides home shoppers an opportunity to find a quality-built home in a golf course community ... In addition, membership privileges will be available for new-home buyers at Silverstone Ranch, and there are no L.I.D. or S.I.D. fees in this community." The Merion Collection is comprised of two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,583 to 1,890 square feet and priced from $197,990 to $213,990. All homes are single-story designs in the Oakmont Collection, and measure from 1,520 to 1,881 square feet. Prices start from $209,990 to $229,990. Cypress Collection's single- and two-story floor plans measure from 1,881 to 2,665 square feet, and are priced from $239,990 to $299,990. The Augusta Collection features all single-story residences, which range from 1,913 to 2,616 square feet and are priced from $284,990 to $329,990. The Princeville Collection features both single- and two-story homes, measuring from 2,768 to 3,448 square feet and priced from $383,990 to $444,990. The collections feature courtyards (per plan), architectural details, exterior color schemes, and standard features such as Merillat cabinets with crown molding, Corian counter tops, rounded interior wall corners, tile flooring, cultured-marble vanity tops in master baths, upgraded lighting fixtures, and covered patios. All homes feature the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology and are Energy Star certified. A three-year heating and cooling guarantee is offered. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, head east to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive, turn left and follow the signs. The home finding center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
