Summerlin Village Takes Shape

The Paseos, the newest village in the Summerlin master-planned community, has started to take shape with parks among the amenities. The village is located on 375 acres west of Interstate 215, between Alta and Desert Foothills drives, in the western valley. The village is planned to include 14 single- and multifamily neighborhoods, as well as an elementary school, a house of worship, a 20-acre park and trails. Seven neighborhoods offer floor plans ranging from 1,300 to 4,200 square feet and priced from $277,490 to $803,975.
