Esprit at Stonegate condominiums' amenities popular among buyers
Resident amenities at Esprit at Stonegate, a condominium development in the southeastern valley, have proved popular with buyers, sales agents said. Highlights include two clubhouses, each with a fitness room; two swimming pools and spas; and two playgrounds. Additionally, there is key-access entry and mature landscaping. Sales agent Ken Kelsey said buyers appreciate the development's "carefree living" that comes from not having to mow lawns or clean pools. Three floor plans provide covered parking; round and arched, divided-light windows; and fans with lights in dining rooms. Second-story units have a fireplace in the great room and a skylight in the master bedroom. Select plans offer a kitchen greenhouse window. The two-bedroom, two-bath Spirit floor plan measures 960 square feet and is priced from $118,900. The two-bedroom, two-bath Aurora plan is 970 square feet and starts at $113,900. The three-bedroom, two-bath Eclipse design measures 1,200 square feet and is priced from $135,900. Several financing packages are available, including zero-down and Veterans Affairs $1 move-in. Buyers who use the seller's preferred lender receive a free washer, dryer, refrigerator and miniblinds. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Boulder Highway exit, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive and head east, past Nellis Boulevard. Turn north at Juniper Hills Boulevard and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
