Workshop to address real estate ads

Real estate professionals are invited to attend the "How to Write Real Estate Ads that Work and Comply with Regulation Z" seminar.

Guest speaker Dennis Creps, an internationally recognized real estate educator, will discuss how to create a dynamic personal promotion, how to write classified ads that get attention, how to gain more qualified buyers and sellers, and the latest marketing strategies to increase sales.

The seminar will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, June 1, in the Stardust Hotel's conference center. A continental breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m.

There is no cost to attend, but space is limited and preregistration is required.

The first 100 people to sign up will receive a $25 real estate classified advertising gift certificate from the Las Vegas Review-Journal and Sun, the sponsor of the event.
