Buyer-seller appreciates Help-U-Sell

Irene O'Neill has put her northwest Las Vegas home on the market and plans to purchase another home nearby.

Assisting her in both transactions is an agent for Help-U-Sell Real Estate Solutions, a fee-for-service agency where clients pay only for the services they use.

"I use Help-U-Sell to save money," said O'Neill, a native of Ireland. "They provide good service. Also, I pay a lesser fee when I purchase a home through Help-U-Sell."

O'Neill said she has received multiple offers on her home, and that her agent has already found another residence for her consideration.
