Turnberry Place reports brisk sales
Residences in the final tower at Turnberry Place are selling at a brisk pace, as buyers realize the opportunities to purchase a home at the luxury condominium development are limited, according to sales executive John Riordan. "The response to the Turnberry lifestyle has been unprecedented," Riordan said. "We came to Las Vegas five years ago with a completely new residential product for this market, and today we are preparing to begin construction on our fourth and final tower. The demand for a low-maintenance, high-rise lifestyle speaks volumes for the growth and progress of this city." Construction of the tower is set to begin later this year; occupancy is slated for 2006. The first three towers of the $700 million development on Paradise Road are complete, and construction remains 1 1/2 years ahead of schedule. Upon completion, the development will have 800 residences. Ten floor plans are available; they are priced from $530,000 to more than $5.9 million. Interiors feature Italian marble spa tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Gaggenau appliances, and glass balconies. All residents are members of the Stirling Club, a $40 million private facility in the center of the 15-acre development. It features a European spa, fitness center, beauty salon, saunas and steam baths, and an indoor pool. Additionally, there are tennis courts and an outdoor pool with a bar. Casual and fine dining opportunities are also featured, as is a nightclub and a piano lounge. Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model that simulates the view from the 27th floor of the fourth tower in the sales pavilion located at 2777 Paradise Road. It is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
