Southern Highlands models set to open



New models are expected to open by mid-June at San Sevino, a Southwest Homes' neighborhood in the Villages at Southern Highlands in the southwestern valley.

Two single-story floor plans and three two-story designs are available, each with a three-car garage.

The 2,735-square-foot Galileo and the 3,104-square-foot Dante are single-story residences with four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.

The two-story Leonardo, a 3,598-square-foot design, can be built with five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.

Donatella measures 4,240 square feet with as many as six bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a loft and study.

At 4,933 square feet, the Francesca provides five bedrooms, including a downstairs master suite; 3 1/2 baths; a library; media room; and loft.

Prices start from $490,990 to $592,990 in the gated neighborhood.

The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Villages at Southern Highlands is comprised of neighborhoods by more than a dozen builders, and homes priced from the $200,000s to the $800,000s.

Community amenities include parks, schools, a fire station, and the Southern Highlands Marketplace retail center.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs.
