Borgata condo complex offers split-plan design

Borgata, a gated condominium complex located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, offers a two-bedroom floor plan in what it calls a "split-plan design."

"The Geneva floor plan has a layout that is a split-plan home. With the bedrooms separated by other living space, this home is popular with people who are looking for a little privacy," sales manager Sue Ellen Silva said.

The Geneva floor plan is 994 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths.

Three other floor plans are: the 717-square-foot Ambrose, which offers one bedroom; the Callisto floor plan, which is 947 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths; and the Marcellus plan, a 1,170-square-foot home with three bedrooms and two baths.

Prices start in the mid-$100,000s.

Standard features in each home include granite counter tops in the kitchens and baths, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, walk-in closets in each bedroom, washers and dryers, security alarms, storage areas, window blinds throughout, terraces, 4-inch baseboards and tile entries.

The kitchens come with amenities such as raised-panel cabinets, wine racks, and brushed-nickel fixtures and hardware.

Select plans offer tile flooring options.

All of the home structures feature a Mediterranean-style design.

Amenities of the property include assigned covered parking, a business center, clubhouse with a lounge and theater room, barbecue areas, resort-style pools and spas, a fitness center, courtyard as well as mature landscaping with palm trees and water features.

The complex is located at 4400 S. Jones Blvd., between Tropicana Avenue and Flamingo Road. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
