Construction continues on Trump Hotel & Tower high-rise project

Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas, which will comprise 1,282 condominium-hotel units at buildout, continues construction near the Strip and Fashion Show Drive.

Studio units and one-bedrooms suites will occupy the 16th through 59th floors, while 50 one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouse suites will comprise the top five floors.

The units are priced from the $700,000s to $7 million.

Five options are available to buyers at the high-rise. They can occupy their unit full or part time, rent it out themselves, rent it through Trump hotel operations, or use an outside property management company to rent their unit.

On-site conveniences will include 24-hour concierge and security services; a spa, fitness center and salon; a heated outdoor pool with a sundeck and bar; a business center with meeting facilities; doorman and valet parking services; and fine and casual dining.

The information center is located at 3128 Las Vegas Blvd. South, on the northwest corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Fashion Show Drive.
