Prices start from $550,000 to more than $1.3 million.
Each tower will feature a fitness facility, an outdoor pool with sundeck, landscaping, tennis, valet and 24-hour security.
The sales office, located at 222 Karen Ave., showcases a 1,658-square-foot furnished model. Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
