Coral Palms condo plans please buyers

Buyers at the Coral Palms condominium development in the northwestern valley credit the property's floor plans and prices for their purchases, according to sales agent Vicky Blyoder.

"The buyers particularly are delighted by the square footage at the two-bedroom, two-bath Cape Coral plan," Blyoder said. "They always are surprised at the size of the home they are able to buy for the price."

The design measures 1,056 square feet, with the bedrooms at opposite ends of the plan, another feature appreciated by buyers.

"They love the fact that the bedrooms are separated by the living room, dining room and kitchen," Blyoder said.

Units are available for quick move-in.

"Here at Coral Palms, we have units waiting for some lucky buyer to make the decision and move in."

Also available is the three-bedroom, two-bath Royal Palm plan, which measures 1,240 square feet and has a dining room plus two patios or balconies. It is priced from $175,900.

The units have balanced power, with the stove, fireplace and water heater powered by gas.

"Having gas appliances really cuts down on energy bills in the summer when the electricity use is sky high."

Included are oak cabinets, granite counter tops, ceiling fans with lights, washer and dryer, kitchen appliances and miniblinds.

The grounds feature mature trees and shrubs, as well as a courtyard and lawns.

Other common amenities include a fitness center, recreation center, 1.4-acre park with a playground, sand volleyball court and basketball half court.

Buyers who use the seller's preferred lender will receive a bonus.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, go east to Decatur Boulevard and turn north.
