Aventura neighborhood nears final phase

Aventura, an Avante Homes neighborhood in Summerlin, is nearing closeout, according to sales agent Jolanta Berstler.

Seventeen homes are still available at the neighborhood, which offers a golf course lifestyle, low-maintenance living and privacy, Berstler said.

The single-family homes are located along the TPC at The Canyons golf course. Single-story floor plans are available and measure from 2,819 to 3,494 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and a three-car garage. Customizing options are available.

Prices start from $378,990.

"Simply stated, these homes are beautiful -- all of them highlighted by architectural features you would typically see only in custom homes," Berstler said. "Avante Homes included such luxuries as covered patios, skylights, ... walk-in closets, built-ins, wet bars and granite kitchen counter tops, just to name a few."

Interiors also include family room fireplaces, 12-foot coffered ceilings in select areas and 5-inch baseboards.

The owner suites feature dual sinks with sit-down vanities, tubs and separate showers with built-in seats.

Included in the kitchens are raised-panel cabinetry with concealed hinges, food preparation islands, pantries, five-burner gas cook tops, double ovens and built-in microwaves.

Recreational amenities consist of a clubhouse, exercise room, and resort-style swimming pool and spa.

Waterfalls also highlight the neighborhood, where all landscaping and maintenance of the homeowners' front yards are handled through the community association.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, head south to Hualapai Way then go east to the model complex. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
