Amber Ridge at Mission Hills is near closeout, as fewer than 19 homes remain for sale.

Four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths are featured in the 3,142-square-foot plan. Options include converting the game room into a fifth bedroom and sitting room, and converting the half bath into a full bath. The home also includes living, dining and family rooms. The design is priced from $458,990.
The 3,249-square-foot plan features five bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a family room, dining room and living room. A sixth bedroom and loft are available in place of the game room. The price starts at $460,990.
The largest design measures 3,799 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a family room, dining room, living room and an open kitchen with a dining nook. A fifth bedroom can replace the den. A sixth bedroom, loft and additional bath are available in lieu of the game room. The home is priced from $495,990.
To visit, take Interstate 515 to Horizon Drive, turn right, go to Horizon Ridge Parkway and head south. Proceed to Paradise Hills Drive and turn left. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
