At 994 square feet, the Geneva offers two bedrooms and two baths.

The Callisto floor plan, 947-square-foot plan, provides two bedrooms, two baths and a galley kitchen.

The Marcellus plan measures 1,170 square feet and includes three bedrooms and two baths.

Prices start in the mid-$100,000s.

Standard features in each home include granite counter tops in the kitchens and baths, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, walk-in closets in each bedroom, washers and dryers, security alarms, storage areas, window blinds throughout, terraces, 4-inch baseboards and tile entries. Kitchens come with raised-panel cabinets and wine racks.

All of the structures feature a Mediterranean-style design. Amenities include swimming pools and spas, a fitness center, business center, and a clubhouse with a lounge and theater room. Residents are assigned covered parking.

The complex is located at 4400 S. Jones Blvd., between Tropicana Avenue and Flamingo Road.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
