Seven Hills provides variety of custom sites

People looking for an ideal location to build their custom home should visit the Seven Hills community in Henderson, according to developer Silver Canyon Partnership.

Many of the available custom-home sites are located in neighborhoods that align the fairways of a golf course and offer views of the city and mountains.

Priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million, the lots are as large as 1 acre in size and located in guard-gated neighborhoods.

More than 200 custom-home sites have been sold, with more than 120 in different stages of construction.

Amenities within the custom neighborhoods include landscaped open space; a private view park; and a 2-acre park with a playground, and tennis and basketball courts.

The community also contains four city parks and several neighborhood parks with basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball courts, and playgrounds.

To visit the community's information pavilion, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and go south to St. Rose Parkway. Travel west to Seven Hills Drive and then turn left, traveling south about 1 mile to the pavilion.
