US Home extends promotion



US Home has extended its "$10,000 in Options for $1,000" promotion through the end of May.

"It's like giving our buyers one last chance to take advantage of this great offer," sales executive Vicki Zoot said. "However, don't wait because the promotion will definitely end May 31 and will not be extended."

Through the promotion, Zoot said, home buyers are given a $9,000 credit at the builder's design center, where they can choose from hundreds of options and upgrades for their new home. Complete details are available in any of the builder's sales offices or through its custom residential division.

Among the builder's active neighborhoods are Copperfield, where the final phase is under way and 13 lots remain. Located at Jones Boulevard and Azure Drive in northwest Las Vegas, the neighborhood offers single-story homes as large as 3,000 square feet, and two-story designs as large as 4,500 square feet. The homes are priced from the $217,000s.

Also in the northwest is Steeplechase, where US Home will host a dusty-shoe grand opening with refreshments and entertainment next Sunday.

"The models (will be) finished to the point where our buyers can at least walk through and preview the openness and style of the interior design," Zoot said. Twelve floor plans are available, including single-story designs measuring from 2,550 to 3,900 square feet, and two-story plans as large as 4,500 square feet. Half-acre lots are available. The homes are priced from the $270,000s.

Palomino Canyon in southwest Las Vegas offers four home designs, ranging from 1,497 to 2,965 square feet and priced from the $170,000s. The neighborhood can be reached by taking Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, heading south to Arby Avenue and going west.

Stillwater Canyon, also in the southwest, features nine floor plans, measuring from 2,550 to 4,300 square feet and priced from the mid-$250,000s. To visit, take Tropicana Avenue to Fort Apache Road, turn south and drive about half a mile.

Aberdeen is located within the Southern Highlands community at Interstate 15 and Lake Mead Drive. Prices start from the low $280,000s at the gated neighborhood, where floor plans as large as 4,500 square feet are available.

In Henderson, the builder offers Palazzo Monte within the Seven Hills community. Buyers can choose from four floor plans, measuring from 2,550 to 3,880 square feet and priced from the $290,000s.

All sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
