The money came from a two-month fund-raiser by the residential property management firm. -- The GVA Industrial Property Group's Xavier Wasiak and Kim Friedman represented Cassia Way in the three-year lease of 2,200 square feet at 175 Cassia Way in Henderson to Eagle Pacific Transport for $59,692. Wasiak and Friedman again represented Cassia Way in its three-year lease of 2,040 square feet at 175 Cassia Way in Henderson to Tele-Restauracion for $54,786. Wasiak and Friedman also represented Cameron Enterprises in the three-year lease of 2,800 square feet at 4655 Quality Court to A.M. Fire & Electronic for $52,680. -- Coldwell Banker Commercial's Lucinda Stanley and Miriam Root represented YS & AJ Associates in the 60-month lease of 1,218 square feet at 450 S.
