Realty agent loyal to Pulte product
Realty agent Ken Douglas recently purchased his second Pulte Home in Eagle Crossing, the company's newest addition to its Eagle Creek community located in northwest Las Vegas. Ken and his fiancée, Marina Morton, who live at Eagle Creek, wanted to move into a larger home when they discovered that the builder planned a new addition right around the corner from their current home. "We were looking for a bigger home and wanted it to be a Pulte because the product they build is so great," Douglas said. From his experience in selling them, Douglas said the company's homes offer a tremendous value, especially this neighborhood. Prices start from $136,990 to $165,990 for floor plans ranging from 1,372 to 1,695 square feet. The company does not plan to build model homes at the neighborhood, and is instead using the models at its nearby Diamond Creek neighborhood. All of the homes feature Environments for Living building technology. In addition to being recognized by the Energy Star program, the homes offer a two-year heating and cooling guarantee. "One of the other reasons we chose another Pulte home was for the energy efficiency," Douglas said. For a limited time, each home comes with a washer, dryer, refrigerator and miniblind package. The neighborhood features gas lamplights and a landscaped two-acre park. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 north, past Ann Road, to Centennial Parkway, head east to Jones Boulevard, go south to Azure Drive and then turn left. The sales office is open from noon to 7 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pulte Homes has operations in 43 markets across the United States, Argentina, Puerto Rico and Mexico. It is the parent company of Del Webb. The company has built more than 300,000 homes nationwide and has 12 active subdivisions in Southern Nevada.
