Furnished models released at Vineyards
In conjunction with the final phase of sales at Vineyards in Summerlin, Christopher Homes has released the neighborhood's four professionally furnished and decorated model homes for sale, according to sales agent Terri Moore. Moore said the four models can be ready for move-in by the end of summer. Moore said that the models were created through a collaboration among "individuals who are recognized among the finest in the home building industry." The team included Christopher executive J. Christopher Stuhmer and members of his management staff; Mark Scheurer and Scott Brown, both of Scheurer Architects; interior designer Chris Johnson of Design Tec; and Nuvis Landscape Architects. "These model homes showcase the newest, richest and most desirable materials, furnishings, fabrics and colors. Every aspect of each home reflects the highest level of luxury -- from beautiful stone flooring to the finest in counter surface materials, cabinetry, custom stone accents and unique design appointments from around the world," Moore said. "Private courtyards, a swimming pool with a separate pool house, spas, roomy casitas and studios, libraries, magnificent kitchens, and many more luxuries await the future owners of these model homes. The elegance and luxury is indescribable; it is something you just have to see to truly appreciate." Information regarding pricing, features and furnishings of the models can be obtained at the neighborhood's sales office. The guard-gated neighborhood, which is being built in The Arbors village, features four, one- and two-story designs that range from 3,072 to more than 5,000 square feet. Prices start from the low $400,000s. "The homes incorporate such luxuries as motorcourts, balcony overlooks, elegant courtyards with fireplaces, rich colors and architectural detailing on all four sides of each home," Moore said. "Vineyards also features a private linear park that traverses the neighborhood through a series of fountain plazas and links to Summerlin's Paseo Park, which connects to two nearby Summerlin parks." Buyers who select a home site and design prior to the start of construction may choose from myriad customizing options. Buyers may consult with an architectural designer as well as an interior designer at its in-house design center. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Anasazi Drive and travel south, turning right at Banburry Cross Drive, and then taking a left on Laurelglen Drive. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
