New phase released at Fontana

Pardee Homes is releasing a new phase of homes today in the Eldorado Highlands neighborhood of Fontana, located within the Eldorado master-planned community in North Las Vegas. Home buyers today and tomorrow will receive a special incentive worth $250 in upgrades in recognition of Mother's Day.

Rob Tuvell, sales director for the builder, said Eldorado is designed as a family oriented community.

"Fontana features family living at its best in Eldorado," Tuvell said. "There are few communities in the Las Vegas Valley where families are as close-knit and active as they are in Eldorado."

Fontana's homes range from 1,593 to 2,712 square feet, and are priced from $151,450 to $211,450. All homes include the Energy Star package, which means the home's energy efficiency is increased by at least 30 percent.

Plan One is a single-story design that can be built with 1,593 square feet or as large as 1,825 square feet. It has three bedrooms, two baths and a family room. Options include a nursery off the master suite or dual master suites. A two-car garage is standard, while a three-car garage is optional.

With 1,979 square feet, the single-story Plan Two includes three bedrooms and two baths. A fourth bedroom, den or dining room are optional. A two-car garage is standard.

Plan Three is a two-story home with three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, and three baths in 2,349 square feet. A two- or three-car garage is available.

Also a two-story design, Plan Four features four bedrooms, three baths and a bonus room in 2,712 square feet. A fifth bedroom and loft are optional, while a three-car garage is standard.

The 12-home model park showcases the floor plans available at Fontana, as well as at the neighboring Talavera and Mandevilla neighborhoods.

Eldorado is home to an elementary school, a fire station and the Seastrand and Eldorado parks.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte then head north to Eldorado's entrance. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
