COLUMN: Executive joins Resort at Summerlin

-- Joseph C. Paulos has been named assistant general manager of Rampart Casino at the Resort at Summerlin. He oversees all departments at the casino. Most recently, Paulos was director of financial analysis and administration for Millenium Management Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in hotel administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

-- The National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers recently granted credentials to 104 professionals who have completed the requirements to become Certified Managers of Community Associations. Among them were: Michele Lokar of Astoria Homes in Las Vegas, Kristina Ryan of Horizon Community Management in Henderson, and Coralynn Stanley of Jensen Property Management in Boulder City.
