Silverstone Ranch prepares for debut
Pulte Homes will celebrate the grand opening of its Silverstone Ranch golf course community in the northwestern valley next weekend. Festivities are planned from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. In addition to the opportunity to view models, visitors will have a chance to win a spot in Meat Loaf's May 30 celebrity/amateur golf tournament or one of 50 four-packs of tickets to the singer's celebrity tournament, scheduled for May 31 and June 1 at Silverstone Golf Club. The golf tournament benefits the Lili Claire Life Skills Center at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, which helps individuals with neurogenetic disabilities. The 27-hole championship golf course is the centerpiece of the community. Five of the community's six series of homes are open. Available homes range from 1,520 to 3,448 square feet and are priced from the $190,000s to the $400,000s. Home amenities include rounded corners, cultured-marble counter tops in the master baths, kitchen cabinets with crown molding, Corian counter tops with integrated sinks, covered patios, and courtyards (per plan). Homes feature the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology and offer a three-year heating- and cooling-cost guarantee. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, head east to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive, turn left and follow the signs. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon. |
