Models ready in Solera at Anthem

Model-home construction is complete at Solera at Anthem, an age-qualified development within the Anthem master-planned community in Henderson.

"Although the official grand opening is scheduled for July 5, models are now available for buyers to view when accompanied by a sales associate," sales manager R. Wayne Wermuth said.

Development plans include a recreation center with a swimming pool; spa; fitness center; computers; billiards; bocce courts; tennis facilities; and areas for card-playing, crafts and club meetings.

The center will complement the Revere at Anthem golf club, a public facility comprised of two championship courses. The Lexington course measures 7,143 yards; Concord extends 7,050 yards.

Buyers can choose from four floor plans. Prices start from the mid-$170,000s to the mid-$220,000s.

The Lewis plan measures 1,140 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths and a great room. The Clark model measures 1,242 square feet with three bedrooms, an optional den, two baths plus a living room and dining room.

At 1,591 square feet, the Whitney design features two bedrooms, two baths, a great room and a den. The Franklin offers three bedrooms, two baths, a great room and a dining room in 1,771 square feet.

Energy-saving features in all homes include low-e windows, cocoon insulation, and air duct sealants, all of which exceed Energy Star requirements. Homes also feature integrated wiring systems.

The 383-acre community is planned to offer 1,750 homes.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Anthem Parkway, turn left and proceed to 2246 Somersworth Drive, which is across from a fire station. Sales office hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
