Esprit sales agent touts pools

Residents of Esprit at Stonegate, a condominium development in the southeastern valley, have been taking advantage of the weather to swim in and lounge around the pools, according to sales agent Nick Trost.

"Neighbors are beginning to know each other as they meet poolside. The swimming pools are the perfect place for spending a lazy afternoon," he said. "Many of our residents will spend some time on the treadmill or lifting weights in our fitness room, spend a little time in the sauna, then dive into the pool to cool off. The setup here is perfect for fitness buffs."

The development features two swimming pools and spas, two clubhouses with a fitness room, and two playgrounds.

Fewer than a dozen homes remain available, and a waiting list is being formed.

"Should a home fall out of escrow, we'll call people who have had their names placed on the list," Trost said.

Several financing packages, including zero-down and Veterans Affairs $1 move-in, are available. In addition, buyers who use the seller's preferred lender will receive a free washer, dryer, refrigerator and miniblinds.

Floor plans offer covered parking; round and arched, divided-light windows; and dining rooms with fans. Second-story units have a fireplace in the great room and skylight in the master suite. Select designs offer kitchen greenhouse windows.

The two-bedroom, two-bath Spirit floor plan is 960 square feet. The two-bedroom, two-bath Aurora floor plan is 970 square feet. The three-bedroom, two-bath Eclipse floor plan is 1,200 square feet.

Units are priced from $99,900.

Additional amenities include a keyed entry and mature landscaping.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Boulder Highway exit, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive and head east, past Nellis Boulevard. Turn north at Juniper Hills Boulevard and follow the signs.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
