Patrick Lane, Suite 1100, from EJM Development, represented by Spencer Pinter of Colliers International, for $263,688. -- GVA Industrial Property Group's Dean Willmore represented Ad America in its purchase of a 28,125-square-foot building at 2310 S. Highland Drive from the Marsha Anderson Irrevocable Trust for $1.6 million. In another transaction, David Mitchell and Jeff Barton represented both parties in KHS&S Contractor's three-year lease of 6,500 square feet at 3460 Cavaretta Court from George Courtney for $102,083. Barton and Bill Walsh represented Cameron Dewey in the three-year lease of 2,000 square feet at 4710 W. Dewey Drive to Ventura Marble for $50,400. Walsh and Barton also represented both parties in the SPS Group's four-year lease of 2,048 square feet at 3021 S. Valley View Blvd. from V.V.
