-- Sweetland Industrial Realty's E.J. Paul Sweetland represented Door Pro in its 60-month lease of 6,599 square feet at 3655 E. Patrick Lane, Suite 1100, from EJM Development, represented by Spencer Pinter of Colliers International, for $263,688.

-- GVA Industrial Property Group's Dean Willmore represented Ad America in its purchase of a 28,125-square-foot building at 2310 S. Highland Drive from the Marsha Anderson Irrevocable Trust for $1.6 million. In another transaction, David Mitchell and Jeff Barton represented both parties in KHS&S Contractor's three-year lease of 6,500 square feet at 3460 Cavaretta Court from George Courtney for $102,083. Barton and Bill Walsh represented Cameron Dewey in the three-year lease of 2,000 square feet at 4710 W. Dewey Drive to Ventura Marble for $50,400. Walsh and Barton also represented both parties in the SPS Group's four-year lease of 2,048 square feet at 3021 S. Valley View Blvd. from V.V. Properties for $62,574.

-- Kevin Higgins and Kyle Eigenman of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented DP Industrial in three leases at 4601 E. Cheyenne Ave.: 48 months for 21,120 square feet in Suite 105 to Shurjoint America for $340,137; 62 months for 31,680 square feet in Suite 103 to the Southern Nevada Teamsters for $640,956; and 35 months for 21,120 square feet in Suite 121 to Specialty Directory Distribution Services for $251,541. Higgins and Eigenman represented A&P Buildings in the sale of 6,000 square feet at 3422 Neeham Road to VB2 for $516,750. Higgins and Eigenman represented Sunset & Valley View Partners in the 60-month lease of 4050 W. Sunset Road, Suite D, to the Maverick Wine Co., for $716,733.

-- Lee and Associates' Charles W. Witters and David Flynn represented P-38 Properties in the 66-month lease of 2,576 square feet at 5740 S. Eastern Ave. to Focalpoint International, represented by Tom Tedder of Century 21 MoneyWorld, for $336,762. Witters and Flynn also represented Longford Plaza in two sales: 2,400 square feet at 3271 E. Warm Springs Plaza Road, to Brian Lesk, represented by Ron Clifton of RCOR Properties, for $561,600; and 1,676 square feet at 3213 E. Ed Bassford represented College Park Realty in its 60-month lease of 2,636 square feet at 2325 N. Las Vegas Blvd. to 7-11 for $450,756. Glen Estell represented Bedford Property Investors in the 36-month lease of 1,960 square feet at 5740 S. Arville St., Suite 205, to Diamond Surveying for $71,971. Sandra Naseef represented Adams Management in the 60-month lease of 4,500 square feet at 1131 E.
