Homes' included features draw buyers to Solera at Anthem
Del Webb has simplified home buying at its age-qualified Solera at Anthem community in Henderson by including features that are often considered upgrades. The amenities include two-tone interior paint, ceiling fans, telephone and cable connections in every room, Corian kitchen counters, raised-panel cabinets, garage door openers, microwave ovens, upgraded wiring and covered patios. "Our Lewis model reflects an open floor plan of 1,140 square feet which is most appealing to home buyers," senior sales manager R. Wayne Wermuth said. The design comes with two bedrooms, two baths, a great room, kitchen nook and a two-car garage. It is priced from the low $300,000s. Four other designs range from 1,251 to 1,771 square feet. Prices start from the $310,000s to the low $400,000s. All of the homes feature Environments For Living building technology, which comprises energy-saving amenities such as low-e windows and cocoon insulation. They meet the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star guidelines and offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use guarantee. Community recreational offerings include tennis and bocce courts. The developer plans to add recreation and fitness center, swimming pool, club and hobby rooms, billiard tables, and computer and craft rooms. Nearby, The Revere at Anthem Golf Club features two golf courses: the Lexington and the Concord. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Anthem Parkway, turn left and proceed to Somersworth Drive. The sales office and models are open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Del Webb, a subsidiary of Pulte Homes, is also developing Sun City Anthem in Henderson and Sun City Aliante in North Las Vegas. Both are age-qualified communities.
