KB Home's Villas at Black Mountain designed around on-site amenities
One of KB Home's most popular subdivisions is located near the foothills of Black Mountain in Henderson. The Villas at Black Mountain features a range of floor plans, plus some common-area amenities.
"At Villas at Black Mountain, there are so many things to do in the comfort of the community," said Marcy Martinez, regional sales manager. "With a community pool, a hot tub, two barbecue areas, two doggie stations and three parks connected by landscaped walking trails, everything needed is right in the neighborhood."

The neighborhood offers five two-story floor plans from the builder's Villas series, all with three bedrooms, an option for a fourth, and a two-car garage. The residences range from 1,712 to 2,209 square feet. Prices start in the low $300,000s.
The builder offers six other Villas neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley: Villas at Desert Breeze, Villas at Fort Apache, Villas at Huntington and Villas at Chaco Canyon in the southwestern part of the valley, and Tierra Linda and Silverado in the southern part of the valley.
To visit Villas at Black Mountain, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Gibson Road and head south. Make a U-turn at Paseo Verde Parkway to travel north on Gibson, then turn right on Tanager Bend Avenue.
All sales offices are open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily except Mondays, when they open at 10 a.m.
KB Home offers more than 30 active subdivisions throughout Southern Nevada. Its Villas neighborhoods feature homes designed to meet Energy Star standards.
Information about all of the builder's neighborhoods is available at its home studio at 7440 Dean Martin Drive, Suite 201, which is near Interstate 15, south of Warm Springs Road.
The builder also offers a Homebuyers Club, which assists potential buyers with credit reports, a review of their financial situation and credit counseling, if needed, all at no charge. The service is housed in the company's main office at 5655 Badura Ave., southwest of the Las Vegas Beltway and Decatur Boulevard.
