The Enclaves features country club homes



The Enclaves at Red Rock Country Club features homes priced from the $300,000s, and the absence of golf course premiums accounts for the lower cost, according to Kevin Stall, director of sales.

The neighborhood features Plan 1204, an L-shaped design which measures 3,451 square feet. It contains as many as five bedrooms; 4 1/2 baths; a kitchen with a center island; private courtyard entry; family room with a fireplace and media niche; and owner bedroom with a retreat, media niche and optional fireplace.

Plan 1102 measures 2,503 square feet and features three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, kitchen with dining bar and nook, private courtyard entry, family room with fireplace, covered patio and three-car garage. An attached casita is optional, and it functions as a second owner bedroom with a sitting area.

Measuring 2,155 square feet is the single-story Plan 1101, and it contains three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room, kitchen with a morning room, and optional golf cart garage.

The community showcases the first of two Arnold Palmer-designed, 18-hole golf courses, and contains other recreational facilities as well.

Additional amenities include a main clubhouse, a sports club, an aquatic center and a tennis facility.

Homes are priced from the $300,000s to more than $2 million. The one- and two-story designs with as many as six bedrooms and four-car garages range from 2,100 to more than 8,000 square feet.
