Carina offers utilities hookup at Lamplight
Through Carina Corp.'s new VIP program, buyers can be assured their utilities will be turned on before moving into their new homes. The program applies to phone, electric, gas, water and cable TV services, and is included at all of the builder's Lamplight neighborhoods. Rick McCarty, an executive at Carina Corp., said the program was created to make the purchase process more convenient for buyers. "Our company philosophy is to excel in customer service," McCarty said. "Establishing utility services is just one more way Carina Corporation goes the extra mile." Lamplight Square is the builder's newest neighborhood, and located within Silverado Ranch in the southern valley. An open house is scheduled today at the site from 4 to 8 p.m. Planned festivities include a raffle for artwork by Thomas Kinkade. Refreshments will be available. Built as courtyard homes, Lamplight Square features tree-lined streets, a community park and swimming pool, and brick pavers in the common courtyard. Front porches are standard. Floor plans range from 1,509 to 1,735 square feet, and are priced from $142,990 to $155,990. To visit, take Silverado Ranch Boulevard to Maryland Parkway, head south to Pyle Avenue, go east to Escondido Street, then south to Haley Avenue. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Wednesday, when they open at 1 p.m.
