Crescendo release features lots overlooking valley

Pardee Homes literally elevated the art of living with its recent release of premium lots at Crescendo within the Seven Hills community in Henderson, according to sales executive Ray Landry.

"Pardee's Crescendo neighborhood has premium two-story homes available on elevated cul-de-sac lots with extended valleywide views from the tiered Seven Hills community location," Landry said.

The gated neighborhood features three floor plans in nine exterior designs, measuring from 2,473 to 3,068 square feet.

They are priced from $216,450 to $241,450.

Measuring as large as 2,711 square feet, the Rossini floor plan offers as many as four bedrooms, three baths, a first-floor bedroom with a bath, and a three-car garage. The home features a rotunda entry, a living room and dining room separated by a pony wall, an island kitchen, dining nook, and family room.

The Vivaldi offers several design options and as much as 2,883 square feet. The home can be designed with two first-floor bedrooms in addition to three second-floor bedrooms; or one first-floor bedroom, a den and three second-level bedrooms.

Featuring as many as six bedrooms, the Puccini measures from 3,068 to 3,238 square feet. Design options include an exercise room, office and den in addition to three bedrooms; or four bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room and three-car garage.

The Italian-style homes feature concrete-tile roofs, polished brass entry door hardware, ceramic-tile or parquet entry flooring, gas fireplaces and soft water loops.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue to St. Rose Parkway, go west to Seven Hills Drive and turn south, following the signs. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
