Palisades' final homes nearly ready

During its final phase of sales, Christopher Homes' Palisades neighborhood in Summerlin is offering occupancy within 30 days, according to sales agent Denette O'Keefe.

"One excellent example is a van Gogh residential design, which is ready for immediate occupancy and priced at $564,519," O'Keefe said.

Buyers who select a home site and design prior to start of construction can consider hundreds of options and upgrades, including elevators, courtyard fireplaces, wine cellars, casitas, secondary owner suites, extra bedrooms and baths, bonus rooms, libraries, and wet bars.

Consultation with an architectural designer and interior designer is available for buyers.
