Palisades' final homes nearly ready
During its final phase of sales, Christopher Homes' Palisades neighborhood in Summerlin is offering occupancy within 30 days, according to sales agent Denette O'Keefe. "One excellent example is a van Gogh residential design, which is ready for immediate occupancy and priced at $564,519," O'Keefe said. "This spacious, two-story home features three bedrooms, a den or home office, and 4,375 square feet of living space." The home features granite kitchen counter tops; marble vanity tops as well as tub and shower surrounds in the owner suite; hickory cabinetry; upgraded flooring; two-tone interior paint; and mountain views. It also has a courtyard, two secondary bedrooms with baths, and a home office. Priced from $446,900, the guard-gated neighborhood is being constructed along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course in The Canyons village. Five single- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 3,758 to 6,200 square feet. Home sites range from about one-quarter acre to one-half acre. Buyers who select a home site and design prior to start of construction can consider hundreds of options and upgrades, including elevators, courtyard fireplaces, wine cellars, casitas, secondary owner suites, extra bedrooms and baths, bonus rooms, libraries, and wet bars. Consultation with an architectural designer and interior designer is available for buyers. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south and proceed to Hualapai Way. The sales office and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
