Realty World America opens Las Vegas office

-- Hendricks and Partners' Carl Sims and Brian Anderson represented Aspen Square Management of West Springfield, Mass., in its sale of Villa Cordova, a 288-unit apartment community at 2800 S. Eastern Ave., to RCA Holdings for $11.9 million.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Bill Dunbar and George Okinaka represented Charleston Auto Care Plaza in its eight-year lease of 1,220 square feet at 10247 W. Charleston Blvd. to Joann and Quy L. Tran for $235,000. In another transaction, Donna Alderson and Jeremy Green represented Jackson Shaw/Northport in two five-year lease transactions: 7,648 square feet at 3985 W. Cheyenne Ave. to XS Elite for $440,000; and 3,156 square feet at 3925 W. Cheyenne Ave. to Zali for $139,000. Kevin Higgins represented ETT in its five-year lease of a 34,169-square-foot building at 1110 Palms Airport Drive to Grinnell Corp. for $2.1 million. Higgins also represented The Kelleher Corp. in its five-year lease of 16,500 square feet at 7055 Windy Road from Tuff Shed for $560,000.

-- Colliers International's Dan J. Doherty, Xavier Wasiak and Brian Pankratz represented Lomas Regency in its three-year lease of 5,200 square feet at 4955 Steptoe St., Suite 700, to 5th Avenue Designs for $87,599. Doherty, Pankratz and Jennifer English represented Harsch Investment Properties in its three-year lease of 8,760 square feet at 3130 Venture Drive to Stanco Manufacturing for $147,672. In another transaction, Pat Marsh and Beth Mundo represented Harsch Investment Properties in its five-year lease of 1,736 square feet at 51 N. Pecos Road, Suite 101, to Jodi Altman for $98,164.

-- Lee and Associates' Mel Koich and Scott Owens represented both parties in two lease transactions for Las Vegas Industrial Park: 7,592 square feet for three years at 6845 Speedway Blvd., Suite K-104, to American Band Accessories for $98,392; and 5,066 square feet for three years at 6885 Speedway Blvd., Suites Y-117 and Y-118, to Oasis Kitchens for $74,774.

-- GVA Industrial Property Group's Dean Willmore represented both parties in John and Janice Sturdevant's purchase of a 7,185-square-foot office/warehouse building at 24 Mayflower Ave. in North Las Vegas from The Camping Family Trust for $925,000.
