Panorama Towers' 6,300-square-foot Chairman Suite is on the market, according to developer Laurence Hallier.

The price for the penthouse is $11.8 million.

"The most striking feature of this condo is the panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip through 24-foot floor-to-ceiling windows. It's one of the most breathtaking views in town," he said.

The luxury penthouse is located on the 24th floor of the first of four towers planned for the development, located on Dean Martin Drive, west of Interstate 15.

"Plans for the condo include a private gym, theater, master retreat, two guest rooms with private entrances and a 1,300-square-foot balcony inside the 'hole' of the building, complete with a glass-bottom spa," Hallier said.

The project, which broke ground in 2004 and expects its first residents in July, will comprise more than 1,400 units at buildout.

Residences in the first two towers are sold out.

Sales continue for the third tower, Panorama North, where custom penthouses are available in addition to units that range from 978 to 1,899 square feet.

Prices for available units begin in the high $600,000s.

Plans are being finalized for the fourth tower.

Hallier said each condominium will feature upgraded appliances, custom cabinetry, stone-slab counter tops, custom bath fixtures and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Resident amenities will include a resort-style pool, racquetball court, gym with yoga and Pilates areas, full-service day spas, concierge services, valet service and a large-screen theater room.

The sales office, located at 4631 Dean Martin Drive, near Harmon Avenue, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
